The terms, in plain words
- From that day on, nobody new can license it. Anyone who licensed it before you keeps their license.
- No limits on streams, sales, shows or videos.
- I take it off the store as soon as I can. My existing YouTube uploads can stay up.
- You can register the song with Content ID, as long as the credits and publishing info are accurate.
- I stay credited as the writer of the composition. That’s normal for exclusives.
- Film, games and ads are agreed separately, because the use is different.

I accept the offer on my end and you pay through the normal store checkout, with a receipt.

You get the files
The WAV, the stems and the signed agreement show up on your purchase page and in your inbox.

The beat comes off the store
I take it off the store, so nobody new can license it. You can check it yourself.
